Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, innovation is becoming a key driver of enterprise competitiveness. This article analyses the impact of digitalisation on the management of innovation processes, focusing on the use of Big Data, artificial intelligence (AI), and advanced analytics as critical enablers of strategic decision-making. It examines how these technologies allow organisations to identify innovation opportunities more effectively, optimise product development and respond flexibly to rapidly changing market conditions. The article further discusses the main challenges associated with implementing digital solutions in the innovation process, including data quality issues, technical barriers, and organisational change.
